R.E.A.D.S Circulation Rules

1. Checkout period is 14 days.

2. Checkout limit is 5 items per patron.

3. The patron may have up to 5 items on hold.

4. Patrons will be notified via email when a hold is available.
   The patron will have 3 days to download the item.

5. A patron can have up to 7 items in his "cart"

6. Items will remain in a patron's cart for one hour.
